Pasta (Spaghetti, Penne, Bucatini, Orecchietti) with fresh italian ricotta from Calabria
This must be one of the simplest recipe anyone can do
1) Boyle the water, add sea salt, then choose the pasta you prefer from the list above. Remember always al dente. When the pasta is ready plaice it in a large bowl, according to the number of people you are going to serve, add about a table spoon of the water you cooked the pasta with, then add two tablespoon of the ricotta per person, mix well and serve.
